Mathilde Bøgh
Experience designer specialising in UX and service design, connecting user needs, business goals and technology to shape digital experiences from strategy to implementation.
This is how I approach user experience design
I work at the intersection of user needs, business goals and technical realities. My focus is not just on designing screens, but on understanding the right problems to solve and turning complexity into experiences that are clear, accessible and scalable.
A lot of my work sits between strategy and execution: shaping experience principles, aligning teams around decisions, and making sure what gets designed can actually be implemented and maintained over time.
As AI makes parts of design execution faster, I see even more value in framing the right problems, making informed trade-offs and using research, data and design judgement to guide what should be built.
While my focus is increasingly strategic and systemic, I also bring a strong visual sensibility to the work. Particularly when it comes to interaction patterns, interface consistency and translating experience principles into clear digital design.
What I value in my work
Clarity
I like turning complexity into structures, decisions and experiences that are easier to understand.
Collaboration
I work closely with product, development and stakeholders to make better decisions together.
Scalability
I think beyond the individual screen and design for patterns, systems and experiences that can grow.
User perspective
I try to keep real user needs present throughout the process, not just during research.
